These definitions determine how transactions are imported with the Central Park application. Selecting Setup>Transaction Import>Definitions navigates to the import definitions screen.
An import definition can be added by selecting the Add Query button. It can also be edited by selecting the edit button next to the name ()
The import query uses SQL code. When creating a definition, the network username and password are specified as well as a change password link.The password can be changed by selecting the Change Password link. A confirmation message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen once the password has been successfully saved.
A specific definition can be deleted by selecting the delete () button. A prompt will appear to confirm the action.
Selecting Setup>Transaction Import>Bank Account Mappings will direct the user to the Bank Account Mappings screen.
This is where mappings are set up for the transaction import definitions in order to map transactions to certain bank accounts. There should be one mapping per bank account in order for the transactions to be imported with the correct details.
A mapping is added by selecting Add, or edited by selecting the edit button next to the name () .
The name is entered, and connected to a specific bank account. mapping can be deleted by selecting the delete () button.
