Release Instructions

Selecting Process>Release Instructions will display the Release instruction Filter

and after application the Release Instruction view will be displayed.

The user chooses the wanted instructions by using the checkbox (). Next, the user decides on an action.

The instructions need to be released in order to create an Instruction Document. To release the selected instructions, use Release Selection. Alternatively, the user can use Release All to release all the instructions. Similar prompts will appear in both circumstances to confirm the action.

The user can choose to Hold the instructions, which means they don't need to be changed, but will be released at a later stage. Similar prompts will appear in both circumstances to confirm the action.

The user can also reverse the instructions. If there is an error with a transaction(s) or for whatever reason, user can reject instructions in order to be changed as transactions. Instructions are not editable. Similar prompts will appear in both circumstances to confirm the action.
