Selecting Setup>External URL's navigates the user to the External URL's screen.
An external URL can be added by selecting Add or edited by selecting the edit button ().
The user can also select the Open in New Window option, which will open the site in a new browser, instead of the present one.
It can be deleted by selecting the delete button ().
The URL is then used by selecting the Tools menu item, then selecting the URL to navigate to.
The user selects the name of the desired URL.
