Selecting Instructions>Create Instruction Documents will display the Create Instruction Documents screen.
Selecting the Batches link will expand to show the different batches that will be in the created instruction document.
The Instruction Type selector specifies in which format the instruction document should be created. When setting up an account, the user specifies the account default instruction type, and then also other possible instruction types. These are the options shown with this selector.
To create the instruction document, select Create. This will create an instruction document on all instruction batches that have been released. The user is then directed to the Process Log where the status of the document creation will be displayed.
