Selecting Process>Run Process displays the Run Process screen.
This is where the user can run all processes automatically. There are three kinds of processes that can be run automatically; Generation, confirmation and document generation processes. These can be run from Process Definitions. The screen displays a summary of how many transactions would be imported if run at the given moment. The user is then directed to the Process Log . It will display whether the auto process has failed, finished with warnings, or ran successfully.
The different processes that run during this process is shown, together with the progress of each of these processes. The user can select details to expand and hide to compress the information.
If the process ran successfully, it is still possible that certain warnings can appear.
In the example above, transactions import and were enriched, but one failed validation. Therefore, instructions can now be created for all these transactions other than the one that failed validation.
The status will be "Successfully completed"
(
) if the process was run successfully.
This process can also be handled manually, by using Import, Enrich and Validate .
